Return and Refund Policy

At NGLxCollectibles.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the conditions outlined below to ensure fairness for both customers and our business, given the nature of trading card collectibles.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown on your tracking information).
  • Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original, unopened condition, with all original packaging, seals, shrink wrap, and accessories intact.
  • Opened sealed trading cards/products (including booster packs, boxes, bundles, ETBs, or any sealed TCG items that have been opened or tampered with) are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. This policy helps protect the integrity and value of collectible products.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny/refuse a return (or issue only partial credit) if the item shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any opened sealed trading card products (as noted above).
  • Items marked as "final sale," "clearance," or "special promotion" in the product listing.
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Contact us within the 30-day window via email at nglxcollectibles@gmail.com or through our website contact form. Include your order number, photos of the item(s) in original packaging, and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved, along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees (e.g., insurance for high-value items). We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable fees.

Refunds and Fees

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A 5% return fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover restocking and processing costs (applied to the product subtotal, excluding shipping fees).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrives damaged/defective), we will cover return shipping and waive the 5% fee—contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement when available, or full refund including original shipping).
