Shipping Policy

At NGLxCollectibles.com, we strive to ship your Pokémon TCG sealed products quickly and securely. We use USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic shipments within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on order subtotal (before tax):

  • Orders under $150 — $10.00
  • Orders $150 and above — $15.00

These rates include tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage provided by USPS.

Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and handed off to USPS within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days after the package is shipped, depending on your location. Note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or remote areas may take longer (up to 7–10 business days).

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

We take extra care with all Pokémon TCG sealed products:

  • Booster boxes, ETBs, and other sealed items are packed in sturdy outer boxes with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.
  • We use protective materials to keep your items safe and in original condition.

Important Notes

  • Shipping rates are for continental U.S. addresses only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. If you are outside the continental U.S., please contact us before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to upgrade shipping method at our expense if it benefits delivery speed or security.
  • For high-value orders (over $500), we may require signature confirmation upon delivery (at no extra cost to you).
  • If a package is marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • All shipments include USPS tracking and basic insurance.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with USPS to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly (refund or replacement, as available).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or carrier issues once the package has been handed over.
